As we are reaching the end of Term 1, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you of a few important dates for your diaries:
Classes will finish for this term on 12th December 2011 and all pupils should attend from 7 pm to 8.30 pm.
Registration for the next term will be taken at the last class (Balance cost £35).
The annual "Christmas Session” will be held on Thursday 29th Dec 2011 in The Wild Duck Inn, Portglenone.
Junior Musicians play from 8.00 to 10.00 pm and Senior Musicians from 10.30 pm onwards. A light supper will be served at 10.00 pm approximately.
As real satisfaction comes with progress, children should be encouraged to come along at 8.00 pm to practice playing their tunes together in a session format.
Due to the "Child Protection Policy” it would appreciated if parents could accompany their children for the duration of their session where possible.
Classes will re-start on Monday 9th January 2012.
While every effort is made to accommodate children from the same family so that they attend at the same times, this is not always possible and parents are reminded that anyone wishing to make a change to times allocated can only do so through the organizers and not via the tutors.
We would like to thank you for your continued co-operation and wish you a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
